  • Guide and coordinate Key Account Merchandisers
  • Establish team member targets, assess and calibrate their performance and contribute to their development areas

  • Ensure cascaded-down commercial strategy planned by Field Force Operations Manager

  • Manage Marketing Assets: Own the retrieval and maintenance of assets relating and used for activation purposes
  • Evaluate performance: evaluate marketing activation performance by gathering local data on brand and product reach, cost and quality and provide feedback
2. Analyse Competitors
  • Analyse Competitors: Understand competitor investments by trade segment.
  • Conduct Competitor Brand Performance Analysis: Gather data and identify brand investments.
3. Manage Trade Marketing Operations
  • Manage Merchandising: Localise in-store/PoS material. Equip sales force with merchandising tools and materials. Execute merchandising activities and  provide all required data to evaluate effectiveness and provide feedback
4. Manage Pricing  Implementation
  • Develop Pricing Execution Plan: Develop plan to implement price changes in market. Co-ordinate all activities from updating to price lists to communicating to customers to ensure the price change is managed effectively.
5. Manage Portfolio
  • Execute new launches, Migrations, De-lists: Implement as per agreed plan
