GRAPHIC DESIGNER /care labels/ Our client is offering a full-time position for a GRAPHIC DESIGNER based in Sofia who will be responsible for designing care labels.   The successful candidate reports to the General Manager and fulfills the following role: Creates custom care label graphic designs as commissioned by the Italian client company  Communicates with the client via e-mail or other digital communication channels  Makes decisions regarding the choice of approach in the design process Job Requirements Qualifications Formal degree in Art / Graphic Design or a related field 1-2 years of professional experience Certified proficiency in English (level B2 according to CEFR) Professional skills Excellent ability to balance design elements Excellent command of Adobe Illustrator Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Acrobat Pro Previous experience as a page layout technician, graphic designer or pre-press specialist will be considered a strong asset Personality traits Attention to detail Precision and sense of responsibility towards the assigned tasks Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines Ability to think outside the box to address unexpected situations   Compensation and Benefits Package BGN 1,000 monthly net salary Permanent labor contract with all relevant social security and health insurance contributions as per the applicable legislation Complementary health insurance Comprehensive training abroad Positive work environment and central office location    Should this vacancy interest you, please send your CV in English. Core Functions / Responsibilities:
  • Provides support for the monitoring of the implementation of the activities at the Information center.
  • Provides the logistics for the events organized by the Information center.
  • Organizes working meetings with the immigrant communities, local authorities and public institutions, related to the measures aimed to support the integration of the immigrants
  • Drafts monthly reports on the implementation of the activities at the Information centre.
  • Maintains a record-book on the cases in the Information center.
  • Organizes the preparation for the final report on the activities of the center.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned.

Core Functions / Responsibilities:
  • Provide procedural and technical support and respond to financial and administrative queries from donors;
  • Prepare and submit quarterly/yearly donor financial reports and other financial documents;
  • Check and verify invoices, requests for payments, purchase requests and other requests that will result to financial obligations;
  • Monitor budget usage including expenditures and commitments versus approved budget allocations for IOM Sofia projects and programs. Alert supervisor about shortfalls and over-expenditures.
  • Review and verify that IOM and donor’s financial and administrative rules are correctly applied during project execution, reporting any possible incompliance.
  • Maintain financial records and monitoring systems to record and reconcile expenditures, balances, payments and other data for day-to-day transactions, conduct preliminary analysis of the information and highlight areas of concern for the attention of the RMO/SRMO.
  • Monitor the financial and administrative documentation and assuring its completeness in compliance with IOM and donors’ accounting procedures and administrative instructions.
  • Verify payments to vendors, contractors, consultants by ensuring services and/or shipments are rendered and/or delivered, mathematical computations are correct and supporting documents are complete.
  • Record payable entries in PRISM Finance module and assist in preparation of monthly financial statements;
  • Support the recruitment of experts within IOM Bulgaria projects.
  • Interpret financial policies, rules and regulations and provide recommendations.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior staff in HR, financial and administrative matters.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned.

  • Всички задължения ,свързани с извършването на кредитен мониторинг на бизнес клиентисъгласно правилата на банката, в т.ч. но не само:  
  • Изготвяне на доклади с цялостен анализ на индивидуални клиенти и/или на кредитен портфейл за всеки текущ месец

  • Следене за изпълнението на клаузите по сключените договори за кредит, уведомяване на бизнес звената за изтичащи срокове и/или необходимост от преучредяване на обезпеченията, застраховки на обезпеченията и следи за тяхното правилно въвеждане в системата.  
  • Констатира наличието на просрочия на плащане по кредитите и уведомява бизнес звената.
