We are very proud to be part of this group and we are now recruiting to continue the growth of our company even further, by adding exciting new positions to our Eastern Europe office in central Sofia - very close to the Mall of Sofia. Project Management at translate plus is a very diverse and interesting role. You will be dealing with a variety of projects for international clients, such as written translations, interpreting assignments, voice-over recordings, subtitling, and more. We handle any language service our clients require, so no two clients are the same, which means life at translate plus is never boring. Furthermore, you will be dealing with the whole project cycle which means the success of each project is in your hands. Key responsibilities include: • Receiving translation projects from clients • Analyzing the translations projects (word count, languages, file type etc.) • Preparing translation packages  • Sourcing and co-ordination of translators, file engineers and desktop publishing specialists  • Effective communication with clients, linguists and colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction • Proofreading and QA-checking of translations

Specific activities for the internship program are: • Day-to-day project work: content harvesting, data analysis, report writing, data visualization • Deliver quality final product in terms of depth and breadth of analysis, data accuracy and presentation of findings • Opportunity to start the internship program in September (duration 3 or 6 months)

  • Through desk-based research and using existing resources and information from partners, identify relevant national jurisprudence in asylum and immigration legislation
  • Propose the structure of a newsletter on asylum and immigration law
  • Propose criteria on the basis of which national judgements will be included in the newsletter
  • Identify the most effective platform and ways in which the newsletter can be shared
  • Keep abreast of relevant publications, including COI, legal developments in EU and ECtHR and national law and produce summaries in Bulgarian
  • Provide summaries of relevant national case law to Refworld
  • Propose and coordinate with stakeholders to agree on what additional information should be included in the newsletter
  • Draft and send the newsletter every two weeks
  • After three months, conduct an evaluation of the newsletter, suggest and implement improvements
  • Identify ways to ensure the regular production of the newsletter could be sustained beyond December 2018
  • Compile a bibliography of studies and scholarly articles on asylum and immigration covering Bulgaria
  • Compile relevant observations of and recommendations of human rights treaty monitoring bodies on Bulgaria and the response of the Bulgarian Government
