On behalf of our client, an International organization, major provider of solutions for transportation of goods, we are looking for an experienced and responsible professional for the role of OPERATIONAL MANAGER. RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Leading the processes that are necessary to achieve the growth objectives of the company;
  • Design the business management structure with guidance on efficiency ratios, based on the Group's policies;
  • Follow up on the KPIs applicable to all current, established operations and ensure compliance with them;
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the group’s leadership in order to ensure coverage of the client's needs;
  • Identify  and effectively solve any operational issues;
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, systems and procedures;
  • Coordinate the management team;
  • Manage the human resources capital and industrial relations, & compliance performances of the site staff and drivers;
  • Establish procedures to ensure that all site personnel is trained and competent to perform their tasks;
  • Provide advice and subject matter expertise in the pursuit of new or existing customer developments.
   REQUIREMENTS:
  • University degree;
  • Qualification in technical or industrial engineering or similar will be an advantage value;
  • Minimum five years’ experience in a same/similar position; Previous experience in the field of international transportation, preferably with refrigerated
  • Merchandise;
  • Problem solving and ability to give proper solutions for current issue;
  • Analytical thinking and strong complex decision-making skills;
  • International strategy perspective and ability for execution within local strategic business unit;
  • Leadership skills and ability to motivate the team;
  • Definition /organization/ reorganization of  current standard operations procedures;
  • Excellent command of business English language ( written and spoken);
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Ability  to travel;
  • Valid Driving License.
