As a member of our IT team, you will support Microsoft products and IP Phones across all of our EMEA offices. You will also provide support for video and audio conferencing, incident handling, basic LAN/WAN troubleshooting, remote access/remote hands, and other IT responsibilities. Your technical knowledge will allow you to provide day to day IT Support for our end users. The Reporting Associate is responsible for the effective functioning and/or monitoring of Client’s and Prime Brokerages related activities. It is a front to back service function supporting business including trade processing, un-affirmed/unmatched trades, mapping failure, breaks resolution and reporting. The specialist will be expected to train with units within the department and understand all functions related to a FX and Commodity transaction post-execution, including confirmations, settlements and investigations. They assist the supervisor/manager in the area and when needed will fill in for those individuals in their absence. The group directly supports and interacts with the Prime Brokerage business, serving as the central team to liaise with the operational team across bank price providers, system support team, other operations areas, and dealer/traders. The primary function is to ensure client trades and bank positions are managed effectively, mitigating risk and implementing controls accordingly on a daily basis. Key Duties & Responsibilities:  • Responsibilities include trade entry and position checks • Responds to internal and external request with respect to FX reconciliation, discrepancies and investigations • Ensure all trade are properly captured by the firm’s in house system and where necessary, investigating root of issues and determining strategic solutions • Identifying inter/intra system exception stemming from breakdowns in trade lifecycle processing • Tracking all unsettled trades for client executions done with other broker dealers and execution venues, mitigating operational risk • Ensure daily activity is processed and risk and control items are mitigated in a timely manner • Match internal positions with external clearing statements

The Institutional Operations Associate will be part of a global team providing operational support on a 24/5 basis to an international network of Retail and Institutional clients.
