MC Office coord & Research assist в Discovery Communications
Position Summary
Responsible for supporting the Commercial Development VP with administrative tasks, travel and project coordination (50%), as well as acting as Research Executive (50%). 
In charge of the Sofia office, regarding general maintenance and management of all administrative tasks to ensure smooth running of the office. Supports Commercial Development VP with basic assistant duties; core tasks also include liaising with regional offices in Turkey, Kiev, Romania, Hungary, Serbia and Czech Republic, the head office in Warsaw & London as well as coordinating sales, marketing, recruiting or research related activities when required.
Responsibilities
Personal assistant to Commercial Development VP (HCD), including management of diary, travel and expenses.
Supports the Commercial Development VP on key projects, coordinating between central and local teams, including as required preparation of project trackers, data analysis, ppt presentations.
Managing all office communication across head offices, correspondence with affiliates including highlights and newsletters
Reception, phone call, general organisation e.g. Agenda, trips, couriers
Arranging maintenance of office ensuring functioning of all equipment, liaising with IT
Managing the company cars and any HR fringe benefits in liaise with the CEEMCA HR department
Managing internal communication and booking system for any shared facilities such as conference rooms.
Managing any required insurances including insurance of the premises, car insurances etc.
Coordination with finance regarding billings, subscriber reports, debts and local accounting companies
Handling of premium items, ordering of office supplies
Monitor and supervise languaging of Cablepack as well as local Discovery websites
Coordinates with and supports Belgrade office on issues that can be managed remotely.
Willing to travel occasionally to support at team or client meetings.
Organisation of logistics for CEEMCA offsites.
Support for the distribution, marketing and HR teams when required, on ad-hoc projects (e.g VIP trips, satellite migration projects, contacting local agencies for proposals, posting openings locally, arranging logistics for interviews, etc.).
Joins RMT and other key meetings to take minutes and/or create and update project trackers.
Additional ad-hoc duties as required.
Behaves as an ambassador for our region in communications, building and maintaining excellent, goodwill relationships across the entire CEEMCA and central (e.g. IT, Finance) teams.
Design, commission and implement all CEEMCA research efforts under the CEEMCA Senior Research Manager coordination (including quantitative/ qualitative studies)
Work closely with the other members of the CEEMCA/ EMEA Research team to help support and share research projects and findings
Work closely with the Bulgaria/ CEEMCA team and support all the efforts & goals by fully exploiting tools and local market knowledge in order to support ratings and revenues increase
Relevant competition monitoring
Assist the business development team in creating and assessing new and existing products.
Ensuring and managing the relationship and communication with the Bulgarian ad sales reps (and other region countries if necessary) and the rating providers or other relevant partners; negotiate the Bulgarian peoplemeter contract
Manage supply and quality of data and software from Bulgaria and CEEMCA peoplemeter data suppliers; represent DNE in all appropriate research forums. Create a learning environment for all CEEMCA staff: ensuring broad literacy with research tools and consumer insights
Ensure that all research is best practice with quality and objectivity across all output
Do all regular (monthly, weeklies, dailies and other frequency) peoplemeter data runs in the analysis system AdvantEdge/ specific & local software offered by CEEMCA peoplemeter data suppliers when case for the pan-regional reporting in CEEMEA. This includes reporting on channel performance as well as programme performance, market overviews, ad sales and affiliate, marketing reports or other across our region markets.
Liaise with researchers in the markets for which data is not available in Advant­Edge and ensure that data sets in an equivalent format are provided by the local researchers.
Expand knowledge to a broader range of research sources, including product consumption and advertising spend.

Curious about the factual and sports businesses.
Fluent oral and written English, plus Bulgarian. Optionally speaking one of the CEEMCA languages (eg. Serbian)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
